Vimshottari Dasha Software gives a detailed reading that includes
the benefic as well as the malefic effects of the dashas on an
individual's life.
The software has a simple and easy to use interface
that is explained below:
In the opening welcome screen, there are 3 options:
1. Help - Click on Help to access the online help for using the
software.
2. Continue - Click this to continue using the software.
3. Register - This software is a
POSTWARE (

make at least 50 posts or a donation of US$9.95, which will help the community grow
and to support the development of more softwares. For more details on registration

Click on Continue to go to the main screen.
Enter the following details:
• Name
• Date of Birth in the MM/DD/YYYY format.
• Time of Birth in the HH/MM/SS format.
• Longitude of the place of birth
• Latitude of the place of birth
This has to be mentioned correctly with the directions box checked and
with minutes for correct analysis.
• City of birth
• State of birth
• Country of birth
If latitude and longitude is not known, then click on Click here to find
Latitude & Longitude. This will direct you to http://www.google.com
that will help you find the right information.
Click on Analyze to get your reading.
The nine dashas along with their start and the end
date will be displayed on the screen. Keep the mouse over the label of
each the dashas to get details of the effects of the dashas.
Click on Vedic details to know the details
pertaining to your Lagna, Rashi and the Nakshatra. Then click on
planetary positions to know the details of the planetary positions at
the time of your birth.
